We Design: Once we have received the order, we design your kit and send a design proof within 7 business days. You can then ask for any changes or add any ideas you desire. Once the design proof is approved, the gear will being the production process and shipped within 4-6 weeks.
  • PLEASE NOTE The $50 design fee/deposit of the overall price is NON-REFUNDABLE. Once we have started your design, you are no longer able to get the full amount refunded. If you do not like the design work done for you and decide to go elsewhere, you cannot re-claim $50 of the overall price, it is forfeited to us. This is the point of the deposit, it covers our time to design the kit up for you, regardless of whether or not the kit purchase is completed. Once the design proof has been approved and the order has begun the production process, the overall price becomes NON-REFUNDABLE.
 
Print-Ready: Once we have received the order, we place your design in our template and send a design proof within 3 business days.  Once the design proof is approved, the gear will being the production process and shipped within 4-6 weeks.

Once orders are sent to the production process, the order is NON-REFUNDABLE. We will NOT accept returns for custom products configured in error by you. Please review your product(s) carefully, and make sure you have correctly entered your sizes (verify your size with the size charts), name, and race number.

  • Made-To-Order products are not made until an order is placed by a customer. Once your order is placed it will generally take 4-8 weeks for the gear to be delivered. However, due to the gear being made to order we can't guarantee a delivery date. There is a chance that gear could be delivered quicker or slower. Please contact us before ordering if you have any questions!

  • We will NOT accept returns for custom products configured in error by you. Please review your product(s) carefully, and make sure you have entered correctly your sizes (verify your size with the size charts), name, and race number. You must cancel your order within 24 hours to receive a refund.
