How to Play

1. Who Can Enter:

Participants must have lawful access to the internet and have a valid email address. All participants are categorized as eligible to win prizes or ineligible to win prizes. To be considered eligible for a prize, participants must be 18 years old or older, a legal resident of the United States of America and US Territories, and not be classified as a minor in their primary state of residence. The contest software uses a mechanism whereby an account can be marked as ineligible, either due to the user being a minor, a resident of country that is excluded from winning prizes or being affiliated with one of the Contest Entities. This ineligibility mechanism is designed for prize leaderboard accuracy. Participants who are not at least 18 years old, are residents of prize ineligible countries, or who are affiliated with one of the Contest Entities are ineligible to win prizes whether their account has been marked as ineligible or not. Participants who are otherwise eligible to win prizes but who activate the mechanism that marks their account as ineligible are also categorized as ineligible to win prizes, even if the participant unknowingly did so. Each user is allowed one account; any person suspected of creating or using more than one account will be disqualified with all suspected accounts suspended without any notice. No purchase is necessary to enter or claim any prize. If you are ineligible to win prizes at the time of signing up but become of age to legally win prizes during the season, then it is the responsibility of that player to update their information within the account information screen. Proof of age, identification, and/or residency may be requested before any account is changed to be eligible to win any prize(s). Changing a player's eligibility during the season will not make that player eligible for any prize(s) they may have won before the account had been requested to be updated to an eligible for prize(s) status.

2. How to Enter:

Players may use the same email address every round in order to be considered for the overall prize. Picks for the first round will open and be able to be submitted at 10:00am ET on January 1, 2023. Picks for the final round will close before the night show of the final round. Final results will be shown at www.zerolimitsdesigns.com on the Monday after the final round. To participate in the contest, you must enter your personal contact information and agree to the Zero Limits Designs Fantasy Supercross rules and regulations and terms of use. By submitting your information and creating an account, you are agreeing to the rules, terms of use, and privacy policies associated with this contest. Each created account that complies with the official rules and regulations and contains all the required correct information will be considered an eligible entry. Picks must be submitted before the timer runs out for that round’s race. It is each player’s responsibility to check the timer and when it expires each round to ensure their picks are submitted in time. All schedules, including cutoff times, are subject to change at any time. If any participant is suspected of creating and using multiple accounts to better their chance of winning, all suspected accounts will be disqualified without any notice.  Only one person per account will be eligible for entry into the contest. Proof of age and residence may be requested and must be supplied before prizes are given.

3. Scoring:

Points may be scored for each Monster Energy Supercross round. Before picks close each round, you must choose the names of the riders you believe will finish in the top five positions (in ranking order) with a wildcard (a position outside of the top five) in that round's final 450SX rankings. The bonus position changes each round and is designated in the area where picks are made. Picks are only made for the 450SX class in Zero Limits Designs Fantasy Supercross. 250SX Supercross riders are included in the list of riders that can be chosen each week because some 250SX riders will race in certain 450SX class races throughout the season. Each player is fully responsible to check which class each rider is racing in before they enter their picks for a given week. Points will be awarded after every Monster Energy Supercross round for every place position that you guessed correctly for that week. Points will be awarded corresponding to each position as follows: 1st Place = 21 Points; 2nd Place = 19 Points; 3rd Place = 17 Points; 4th Place = 15 Points; 5th Place = 13 Points; Bonus= 21 Points. Additionally, if a rider places within the top five positions and within one (1) place of the spot you chose for that rider, you will be awarded 10 points. If a rider places within the top five positions but more than one (1) place away from the spot you chose for that rider, you will be awarded 5 points. No points will be awarded if your wildcard prediction places in the top five. No other points will be awarded. Points will only be awarded based on the round's final rankings. For standard rounds, this is rider rankings for the main event. For rounds designated as Triple Crown events, points are awarded based on the final overall ranking for the round (the ranking which pays riders championship points). No points are awarded for individual main events at Triple Crown rounds. Picks may only be submitted for one round at a time.  Once a user presses the submit button, the picks for that week are officially submitted and a timestamp is assigned to that picks’ submission. Players can change their picks up until the end of the picks’ timer for every round by resubmitting a new form. Each time picks are changed and resubmitted, that player’s timestamp will be overwritten with a timestamp for the latest pick submissions. The submit button must be pressed to have your picks count for that round; if it is not pressed, your previous round’s picks will be submitted in the exact order of the previous round. No picks may be entered after the timer expires for the current round’s picks. Zero Limits Designs is not responsible if any rider chosen by participants does not end up racing the event for any reason. Each participant is responsible to check eligibility, injury status, etc. of each rider for the current round before they submit their picks. Zero Limits Designs is not responsible for any rider news, information, eligibility, etc. received from any news site, feed, social media account, or any other source. Tiebreakers: If any accounts finish with the exact same winning score, winners of round specific prizes will be determined by timestamps of each account’s picks for that round, and winners of season-end final prizes will be determined by an accumulation of each account’s timestamps over the course of the season. The participant with the earliest timestamp for their picks (receiving an earlier timestamp than another participant) will be deemed the winner in such tiebreaker situations. Each participant will have their two lowest-scoring rounds dropped to give them their overall season-ending points total. The first dropped score will occur after the second-to-last round, while the second dropped score will occur after the final round. If any user has more than one round matching their lowest scoring round, the round with the worst timestamp will be dropped.

4. Prizes:

Round-specific prizes will be awarded for the top 3 eligible scorers of each week. Season-end prizes will be awarded to the top 5 scorers of the entire season in order from the highest scoring player to the 5th-highest scoring player. Participants that win prizes will be notified through the email address and/or phone number that they supplied in the registration of their account. Winners must reply by phone or email within seven calendar days of Zero Limits Designs' winner notification email being sent. If any winner does not reply before that time, their prizes will be forfeited with no required further compensation and no other winner will be chosen to receive the said prize. If for any reason a grand prize winner is unable or unwilling to claim their prizes due to any form of costs, travel details associated with claiming them, or any other reason, then that prize will be awarded to the next eligible winner. Occasionally, penalties are assigned to riders after the race finishes, and these penalties can affect rankings. If race results are changed or adjusted due to a rider penalty by 11:59pm EST (2) calendar days after the race, then the points will be adjusted to reflect this change - the round specific prize winners will be recalculated and the new top 3 scoring eligible players will claim that week’s prizes. However, if any penalty is issued after 12:01am EST three (3) or more calendar days after the previous round, then the points will not be adjusted and the originally announced round-specific prize winners will claim the round-specific prizes for that round.  Any prize winner with an address outside of the 48 contiguous United States is responsible for all duties, taxes and fees related to the claiming, transportation, and delivery of any prizes won. All prizes that include spending sprees must be chosen and shipped from the Zero Limits Designs website (www.zerolimitsdesigns.com) and any expenses over the allotted shopping spree amount are the responsibility of the winner.
